Hi All, EASTIN, REED, SWEARINGEN, SIMPSON, BROOKS, CRADDOCK, KELLAR, FALL, FRANCES, SNIDER/SNYDER John M. EASTIN (b 1808 Kentucky--d 1892 Coles County) married Jane K. REED (1806-?). I believe John emigrated from Indiana c 1826 and remained in Coles County until his death. He was the son of Charles Smith Eastin and Sarah Swearingen. Their issue: Christina Eastin (b c 1829-d after 1892) m Rufus H. SIMPSON T.B. Eastin (b c 1833-d ?) married ? Sarah M. Eastin (b c 1833- d bt 1880-1892) m Samuel McHenry BROOKS Mary E. Eastin (b c 1835- d ?) m Thomas B. CRADDOCK James F. Eastin (b c 1837-d ?) married Jennie KELLAR Drusilla Eastin (b c 1838- d ?) married ? Edward Eastin (b after 1840- d ?) married Elizabeth FALL Henry N. Eastin (b c 1842- d ?) married (1) Lydia FRANCES and (2) Nannie SNYDER Theodore Eastin (b c 1844- d before 1892) married ? Walter S. Eastin (b c 1854- d ?) married Mary J. SNIDER John M. Eastin's brother, Van S. Eastin, is my direct line ancestor. As you can see, my information about this family is quite incomplete and I would like to fill in the blanks as completely as possible. I would appreciate any input.
