I am looking for information on an Ira Webster Baker (may be listed as just I. Webster Baker) and his family. I know that Ira Webster Baker was born in Mattoon, Coles County, Illinois. I am guessing his year of birth to be around 1880. I know nothing of his parents or siblings at this time. I only know of his history after he was married in Ohio.
