    3. Genealogy.com just started offering a 14-day free trial to their gold membership - part of which includes the 1930 census. The link to the 14-day free trial is http://www.genealogy.com/membership_goldwft.html?priority=5090258 I think that's 14 days from the time you sign up, not from today. Don't know how long this special deal will be offered. If you can help transcribe one of the 1930 Clinton County Townships, please go to http://www.rootsweb.com/~ilclint2/1930census/index.htm and send email to Carol about which Township you'll do. Genealogy.com only subscribes online at their secure site, they don't take phone orders on the free trials. If you only want this 14 day free trial, be sure to cancel it on day 13, and be sure to get and save a "cancellation receipt" by email. They also have the 1870, 1890 (probably nothing for our county), 1900 and 1910 censuses indexed if you need help finding a missing ancestor in the US. http://www.genealogy.com/uscensussub.html Dorothy
