Thanks, Linda, I would appreciate any information I can get on the Stroud surname. My husband's relatives were mostly from Granite City, Illinois. What is your mother's cousin's name? Maybe I can give them some information - Edwardsville and Granite City are not that far apart. I have other people on the internet that have Stroud information. Most of my husband's relatives are dead. There are two uncles left, but they were not much help when it came to do the family tree.
