Seiffert were held at St. Mary's Church in Carlyle at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 15th. Rev. George Mauck officiated with burial following in the church cemetery. Mr. Seiffert, 57, died in Dayton, Ohio, on Dec. 12th, 2001. Born on Dec. 9th, 1944, in Breese, he was a son of Louis and Regina Kampwerth Seiffert. On Dec. 23rd, 1972, in Collinsville, he married Mary Lou Weber. She died in December, 1993. Survivors include his mother of Greenville; one brother, John Seiffert of Centralia and four sisters, Mrs. Mary Marquis and Florence Dyer, both of Greenville, Mrs. Tillie Ronat of Schererville, Ind., and Mrs. Mabel Peery of Forney, Tex. Mr. Seiffert was a truck driver, first for Elmer Krebs Trucking Co., in Carlyle and for the last five years with Beelman Trucking. Visitation was at Zieren Day Funeral Home in Carlyle.
