Union Banner, Carlyle, IL, Mar 31, 1999, Page 2a/Col 3-4 Pauline Lampe, 92 Breese resident Mrs. Pauline Lampe died March 24th, 1999, at Caring First Nursing Home in Breese. She was 92 years of age. Born in Albers on Feb. 3rd, 1907, she was a daughter of John and Mary Arentsen Eilermann. On May 30th, 1934, in Albers, she married Bernard A. Lampe. He died Sept. 7th, 1982. Five sons, James Lampe of Germantown, Jerry, Richard, Dan and Paul Lampe, all of Breese; one step-daughter, Mrs. Delores Spees of Richwoods, Mo.; 20 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. Also, three brothers, Herb Eilermann of Highland and Arnold and Edmund Eilermann of St. Louis and three sisters, Mrs. Frances Langenhorst of Germantown, Mrs. Estelle Bonczek of St. Louis and Mrs. Lucille Billhartz orf Belleville. Mrs. Lampe was a member of St. Augustine's Church in Breese and Ladies Sodality of the Church. She also was a member of St. Joseph's Hospital Auxiliary and Breese Senior Citizens. Rev. Steven Poole officiated at services held at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 27th, at St, Augustine's. Burial followed in St. Dominic/St. Augustine's cemetery in Breese. Visitation was at the Hempen Funeral Home in Breese.
