Union Banner, Carlyle, IL, Mar 6, 2002, Page 2a/Col 3-4 Elsie Siebert, 78 Services for Mrs. Elsie Siebert of Greenville, were held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 2nd, at Donnell-Wiegand Funeral Home in Greenville. Darryl Bolen officiated with burial following in Mt. Auburn cemetery . Mrs. Siebert died at Fair Oaks Nursing Home in Greenville on Feb. 25th, 2002. She was 78 years old. A daughter of Floyd and Maude Kuhn Rench, she was born in Bond county on Sept. 6th, 1923. On June 21st. 1941, in Ozark, Mo., she married George W. Siebert, and he survives. Other survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Dianne Thomas of Minneapolis, Minn.; two sons, David Siebert of Dwight and Kevin Siebert of Greenville; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren and two sisters, Helen Greimann of Greenville and Mrs. Jean Widman of Highland. Preceding her in death were a brother, Carroll Rench and two sisters, Agnes Brown Pringle and Lola Rench.
