    3. Linda, There were Rainey in Wilson Co. Tenn. prior to 1850 and some of their grand children settled in Clinton Co. I have a Elizabeth Rainey (Ramey) who married Absalom Lassiter and one of their daughters married Wm. J. W. Kidder and moved to Clinton Co. They moved there with Lassiters (Lasiter). I do not know any more about the Rainey other than that. 3. Jennie, What is the church and year on the certificate? That might help with determining where it should go. 3. Jan, I have a lot of information on the Ratermann family.  For Marie Louisa Brandt, I have a copy of her obituary.  Her husband Frederick Ratermann, I have a copy of his obituary as well as a copy of his draft card.  If I can help you in any way, please contact me.  I will help you in any way that I can.
