Does anyone know where Franklin Family Bibles might be found? My cousin found an old letter dated 1930 that reported that my great grandfather, John Henry Phillips, left his mother's (Phoebe Franklin m. Henry Phillips in Clay Co, IL 10-7-1852) Bible with his mother's family when he left IL and went to Texas. Phoebe Franklin's parents were Henry Franklin and Catherine Stansbury. Their children were as listed below. John Henry Phillips stayed in touch with Samuel Franklin (wife Emma Lowrey), so the Bible might have been left with them. Thanks for any help.
