It's pasted below. I also have info in Wright Phillips if you want it. He was the son of John P. Philips and Permelia/Amelia Stallings. My niece Viki and I have been able to trace the Stallings branch, but have hit a brick wall on John P. Philips. I'm hoping you have more on the Philips branch. Happy to share what I have.
