The Illinois descendants of Arthur MOSELEYand Nancy WATKINS of Buckingham County, Virginia will hold their annual reunion Sunday, August 9, 1998 at the Flora Senior Citizens Center from 10:30 am to 3:30 pm. Three of Arthur and Nancy's sons settled in Clay County - Bennett Watkins, Robert and Edward. Little is known of Edward who seems to have moved on to Missouri. Bennett and Robert resided se of Clay City in Clay City Township. We will also conduct a "pigrimage" of 3 area cemeteries relative to MOSELEY heritage on Saturday, August 8. We will leave from the station at the flashing light on Rte 50 at 2:00 pm. We will visit Clay City Cemetery, Moseley (Bunny Travis) Cemetery and Wells Cemetery (just across Wayne Co line).
