My Grandfather Alva Emerson Myers married Mary Ellen (Molly Thompson in Louisville, Clay Co. IL in 1895. I have spent all of my time on the Myers Family Line but have over time gathered quite a bit of data on the Thompson line. There has always been a close connection between the Thompson and Myers Families in both Illinois and Indiana. I have looked at the data available and found the following McGee and Thompson connection but No dates or location available for the McGee's Joseph Carl McGee married to Nancy Lee Thompson with the following children Gregory Lynn and Tammy Jo Nancy Lee Thompson was the daughter of James Andrew Thompson and Irene Elizabeth Harmon.
