Does anyone know if it is possible to get a bc from 1889? Or anything that would list the name of parents. I am trying to confirm and find the parents names of Clyde T Mills born in Stonington on Feb 10 1889. The death certificate, funeral home records, and obituary do not list mothers name and the information I have come across seems to have conflicting information on what her name was (census records, on line marriage database, cemetery records, oral history). His fathers name was David Mills. Thanks for any help... Tori
