Hello, I have recently noticed all the interest in the Harris Cemeteries:) I wonder if anyone has a listing of those buried there. My Josiah HARRIS was in Pana, Christian County, IL in the early 1870s and he was very ill and doubted that he would live much longer (per a letter written at Pana, to the Governor of MO...........requesting a pardon for his son, Murray P. HARRIS who was in the MO State Penn. at the time). Murray P. was born in 1854 in IN. Josiah mentioned his wife and several other children (no names were given, however) in his letter. Any one with any info would certainly be most welcome. Can anyone help? Any Josiah HARRIS or Murray P. HARRIS listed? BTW......Murray was pardoned by the Gov. of MO....seems he had gotten a bum rap:) TIA, Debby Harris McGreehan
