Jan Palmer: In looking through my Grove City cemetery inscription book I do not find any BLOXAM, SPENCER, or FRANK families. There are two FRAKES listing, otherwise not even close spellings of the names you are looking for. I visited the Grove City cemetery in July while on a visit from OR to IL for family reunions and was surprised that all that is left of Grove City is the cemetery and about four houses. I drove past the cemetery, as I was looking for the church which used to stand beside it. But realized my error and soon located the beautifully kept cemetery where several of my ancestors are buried. My greatgrandfather, Pleasant Venters was the barber in Grove City until about 1922.
