Need clarification regarding some individual facts with regard to the children of my ggg-grandfather, James Robert CEARLOCK (1851 - 1926). One of the subscribers to the CEARLOCK list sent me an e-mail saying the following: "I wanted to point out an error on Minnie that I didn't notice until I got your April 29, 2003 email 'Ancestors of Susan Elaine 'Sue' Cearlock'. ... Melvina Peradine Virden.....then Children of James Cearlock and Melvina Virden: ... Minnie Cearlock was born 1878 and died 1880. My grandmother was Minnie May Carter Cearlock, born May 5, 1895. I don't have a middle name for Grandpa James Otis' baby sister, Minnie. Ira Hill married Theresy May Cearlock, born October 11, 1886 to James Robert and Frances Wolf in Christian County, IL and died March 17, 1919 in Fayette Co. They were married May 17, 1903. She was born Bet. May 07, 1851 - 1862 in Aulrum, Sangamon Co., IL, and died September 07, 1889 in Christian Co., IL. He married (3) Izetta B. HICKS December 26, 1890 in Fayette Co., IL, daughter of Henry HICKS and Emilia B. "Emily" SEARS. She was born February 28, 1875 in Fayette Co., IL, and died October 04, 1960 in Montgomery Co., IL. Izetta was a sister to James's daughter-in-law Mary Elizabeth HICKS and so! n-in-law Johnson P. HICKS.
