Jim - - and all - None - of the IRAD (IL Regional Archives Depostories) located at various IL state universities - are equipped to handle email requests. Requestors can either call, or write - with a limit of two (2) lookups per contact... and to wait until response(s) are received before making any further requests. Each of the IL IRAD holdings is staffed by grad-student interns - many on schedules that coincide with their class hours - that's why the limit of 2 lookups (i.e. - two marriage licenses, two marriage records, etc) I do for-pay research at the UIS IRAD at least once each week; more info on my web site (below).
