Hi Everyone, I am researching ancestors who lived in Assumption, Illinois. His name was Terrance James Connolly(sometimes spelled Connelly). He was a manager who worked in the coal mine owned by the Assumption Coal Company. He died in an explosion in the mine in 1928. Does anyone know about this explosion?
