I just received a marriage certificate for John GEHM and Lucy TRAUGHBER, who were married in Macon, IL. I always thought John was born in LaSalle Co., and lived in Christian Co., but the marriage license says he was born in "Soxtant, Ill" . I checked the GNIS locator but there was no listing. Does anyone know where this town might be, and in what county? Thanks Ms. Dale Amann
