Hi, I didn't see who in the BLOUNT family were being researched, but, I have the following BLOUNT information from my family. I do have some additional information if anyone is interested. Elizabeth Descendants of William V. Blount Generation No. 1 1. WILLIAM V.1 BLOUNT was born 1828 in Tenn.1. He married AMANDA COUNCIL 11 November 1849 in Christian Co. , Il., daughter of AQUILLA COUNCIL and SARAH MELUGIN. She was born 05 November 1828 in Dickson County, Tenn.2, and died 10 October 18883. Children of WILLIAM BLOUNT and AMANDA COUNCIL are: i. ELLEN2 BLOUNT, m. (1) JERNIGEN; m. (2) RUSTEMEYER. Notes for ELLEN BLOUNT: Mr. Jernigen was her second husband. 2. ii. ALICE BLOUNT, b. July 1860, Illinois; d. 1923, Illinois. Generation No. 2 2. ALICE2 BLOUNT (WILLIAM V.1) was born July 1860 in Illinois4,5, and died 1923 in Illinois6. She married GULBRAND "GUL" ANDERSON 18777. He was born 20 November 1850 in Norway8, and died 20 November 1941 in Taylorville, Il.9. Notes for GULBRAND "GUL" ANDERSON: The 1900 U.S. Census of Christian County, Il. sheet 35A ward 4, shows that he immigrated in 1870 from Norway and that he was a Naturalized citizen.
