What exactly did you need to know about Bulpit? I live in Taylorville, about 8-10 miles from there. As Sally said there isn't much there. I think they still have a Tavern. Kincaid runs right into Bulpit and then about 2 miles is Tovey. My grandparents came from Italy and settled in Tovey. The were Victorio and Eliza Menossi. In 1920's. My Aunt still lives there. They may have filled out an Intent to become a citizen. It would be on fill at our court house if they did.
