1900 Fed. census shows two 20 year olds, Mary and Mabel HELM, living at the home of their uncle Charles D BABB, in Homer. Charles was born Jan 1867, and in the household there is also wife Alta M, b Oct 1867, and daughter Margaret b Jan 1899. There are also marriage licenses issued for Mary Helm (to Charles TROUP) and Mabel Helm (to Ralph HOLMES) a few years later. I haven't seen these yet.
