My husband's grandfather's, Elmer Edward CURTIS, father, Warren CURTIS died when he was 12 yrs old and he was sent to live with his maternal Uncle George CONRAD of Bloomington,McLean Co.,IL. My husband was born and raised in Champaign Co.,IL though.
