    1. [ILCHAMPA-L] Bongard???
    2. I have found several references to the term, "Bongard", on my Champaign County index cards which I received from the Urbana Free Library. Does this term refer to a township, a city, a cemetery??? Any ideas? Thanks! Kevin Miller Researching the LOWRY, NOLAN, RYAN and CARRIGAN surnames in Champaign County, Illinois.

    3. Bongard has a grain elevator, a few houses, and a Catholic Church with a cemetery. It would be considered a railroad station, I believe. It was originally called Bongard Station. >I have found several references to the term, "Bongard", on my Champaign >County index cards which I received from the Urbana Free Library. > >Does this term refer to a township, a city, a cemetery??? > >Any ideas? > >Thanks! > >Kevin Miller > >Researching the LOWRY, NOLAN, RYAN and CARRIGAN surnames in Champaign County, >Illinois.
