Joan, My problem is that I sent to IRAD for a marriage record but the maiden name is unreadable. Is that a common problem? I need parents names for Norman Dorr's mother. He married 21 Feb 1893 in Champaign Co. Family is called Derr/Durr/Dorr. They lived Piatt Co 1860-1880 Census. Norman's sister Elizabeth Catherine Durr is my great grandmother.
