Searching for information on the marriage of Nicholas Schaefer and Eva Schundelmeier. Nicholas and Eva were German immigrants who were married on 14-Apr-1890 in Champaign, Illinois. Does anyone know if it was common practice to list the marriages in the newspapers of Champaign, Illinois? If so, what newspaper would the announcement be in and how would I find it?
