Allison who served in civil war from Carroll Co. his tombstone reads 15th Ill Inf. Co. K yet cannot find him in the 15th Roster. He had a wife Mary Elizabeth Allison two daughters Mrs. Wm. Hickey, Mrs. Jacobson and a son Jesse. His obit in 1927 also notes a brother Henry Allison of St. Louis. I do find a Henry Allison in 15th Ill Co."K".
