I have been working on my mother's side of the family and show Gabriel moved to Carroll Co, IL. I was raised in Lanark, Carroll Co, IL and many Sarbers are buried in the Lanark Cemetery and Evangelical Cemetery in neighboring Brookville, IL. My relatives were farmers in this area, and many relatives still live in the Lanark, IL area. However, we moved to Dallas, TX in 1955. I plan on going back to Lanark later this year in an attempt to get additional imformation. Contact me and I will be glad to exchange imformation, as I have imformation on all 16 of Gabriels kids.
