I have info on about 100 Millers and related families in Carroll Co from about 1850-1880 all descended from Jacob Miller & Susan Dulebohn and families who moved to Mt Carroll from Franklin Co, PA. There are no Warner Miller's in my records, but quite a few possible parents. Rock Miller
