Hi Diana; Wilkinson Sage showed up in the Bureau Co. 1850 census pg 493, line 281 with his family. They came from Jennings Co., IN. A Nancy Sage m Joseph McKinney in KY. The McKinney's came to IL first while the Sage family followed. The Sage family married into the Hollingshead family in Jennings Co., IN. Some Hollingshead showed up in Bureau Co, and also in Fayette Co., IL. I know that there was some Sage in OH but have not researched the lineage in that State.
