Maybe when I'm in Princeton, IL, I can find a 1928 obituary for William Davis LEIGH and/or William NEIGHBOR; find Rosie in the marriage index and maybe newspaper article on the marriage. I'll also see if a local history of Seatonville is available at the Matson library in Princeton. Sometimes those local histories can be goldmines.
