Beverly, excuse me for jumping in here but I too am kin to the Kimbros and Mays. John R. May and Elizabeth Kimbro are my ggreatgrandparents. They married 1866 in Bond Co., IL. John R's father, Wiley May is a brother to Phebe May who married Drury Elam. Wiley May married Sarah (Hinton) Prator in Fayette, IL 1846. That is all I have been able to find out about Wiley. He is thought to be kin to Hannah May but I cannot prove it yet. If anyone has information to help in this search I would love to hear from you.
