I am looking for a little help. My GGrandmother was Mollie Richter. On her death certificate it lists her birthplace as Greenville, IL. Sept. 2 1867 (Bond Co.) My questions are; were there birth records kept that far back in Greenville?, and where would I write for a birth certificate if there is one?? Don Gursky
