This is for the gentleman who asked about Daniel Nevinger - I believe it was Gerald. Daniel was born 7 Jul 1816, grew up in York Township PA, starting west in 1837. He stopped in New Lancaster OH, met and married Elizabeth Hawkey in 1843, then they moved to Preble Co OH (where the original name Nebinger was changed to Nevinger), Twelve of their 14 children were born here. In 1862 they moved to Mulberry Grove Twp, in Bond Co. In 1882, he moved his family to Central Twp, outside Greenville, next to Hazel Dell Cemetery, and lived their the rest of his life. He dieed in 1893, Elizabeth in 1896, and they are buried next to their home. This is courtesy of "Descendants of Daniel Nevinger," generously given to me by Nelda Anthony.
