Born 1852 in NYC. Parents were Mr. & Mrs. Daniel Feney. They both died at young age & Ellen was adopted by KIRKENDALL (do not know correct spelling) family & brought to Cairo, IL. Ellen later married John WILSON in Chester. Do not know time period in Cairo or what happened to adopted family. May have been siblings.
