My GGGrandmother Sarah Fox was married to Chesterfield G Lee until he died in 1863, the following year she married John M Williamson at Beaver Ridge. Sarah and Chesterfield had 4 children it seems; Sarah, Malinda, Sophrinia and Annie Adeline. I need to dig out some old papers, but I do recall that Annie was warded to a Holmes, Annies share of Chesterfields death pension was signed over to that Holmes as well. Your mention of both an Anne and an Adeline Holmes, born not long after the birth of Annie Adeline Lee, who apparently had some link to the Holmes family makes me want to dig deeper into that line, even though it is not my own directly.
