Would help to know family plot order. This Isabella Schermerhorn may be Edwin's grandmother. Isabella F. Miller, wife of John Schermerhorn were the parent's of Cornelius Schermerhorn. Cornelius was father of Edwin Lawrence Schermerhorn, Earl Schermerhorn and Mary A. Schermerhorn. When Cornelius died his mother, Isabella was living in Chicago (where some of Cornelius' brothers ect lived) . She was still there on the 1920 Cook Co census. There is a death record in Chicago Cook IL for Isabella F Schermerhorn, died 26 June 1922. Cornelius is buried in Woodland Cemetery. Earl died in Texas and was brought back to Quincy for burial, don't know if Earl is buried Woodland or not ( the old paper did not list place of burial for Earl) Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
