William died in Shasta County, Ca 8 Sep 1892. He married Anna Crawford, Mar 30, 1873, in Quincy, Adams County, Illinois by Alfred Seehorn. Their first child Joseph Walter Lewis was born 26 May 1874 in Marblehead, Adams County, Illinois per his SS-5, SSN application. I have determined that my family comes from this area, but I Have not located any more information on William. I know they moved to California in the 1880's, and have lots of information on them and other children once in CA. Any help would be great ful.
