Fowler, IL is out near Paloma and Lorraine. Are you familiar with Hwy 336 North out of Quincy? You can go north on it and take the exit that says LORRAINE.......just follow the road and it will lead you into Fowler. Its about 20 minutes from Quincy. I have friends that live there.
