I had the same problems with ancestry.com, but I signed up for the 14 day free trial period, & before the 14 days were up I got a bill from my credit card company & they charged my credit card not once but twice & I had to call the credit card company, plus ancestry.com & fought with both of them over that double charge. Those people work real fast at ancestry.com. Bobbie
