F. Duker & Sons last evening received a telegram from George Haas stating that his father died in Chicago yesterday. Deceased up to last Thursday was in this city, the latter part of the time being contined in St. Mary's Hospital. He then went to Chicago. He leaves one son, George, and one daughter, Mrs. Mary Reohling, both of Chicago. For many years the deceased was engaged in the saloon business on Eleventh and Maine, and later on Eight and Maine streets. His wife died several years ago. The remains will arrive here at 1 o'clock tomorrow morning, and be taken to Duker's undertaking room, 717 Maine, from where the funeral takes place at 7 o'clock, and at 7:30 o'clock from St. Boniface church tomorrow morning.
