The family knows very little...the information below came from is dad's sister...Any help would be very appreciated. George Bird b. maybe 1886 or later MARRIED Anna Bell LEE. The family came from somewhere in KY. George and Anna Bell had 3 children:John then James then Mamie. James Henry Bird/Byrd married Eula Beatrice Douglas which was adopted. They had 6 children:1)Oliver Arnold Byrd 2)Mammie 3)Anna Bell(Living) 4)Mary Elizabeth(Living in IL) 5)Kenneth Eugene Byrd Sr. 6)James Henry. I know that my husband said his grandfather changed the last name from BIRD to BYRD because there were 2 James BIRD in Rosiclare, Hardin County,IL which is where the 6 children grew up. Kenneth Eugene Byrd Sr. m. Chrystal Marie Adams & had 2 biological children. 1) James Joseph or Joseph James 2) Kenneth Eugene Byrd Jr. Chrystal Marie Adams had 6 other children by her 1st husband:1) David 2) Ralph 3) Gail 4) Betty 5) Dallas Keith Haney (adopted to another family).
