IL. The first page (297A) begins with dwelling and family number 7, indicating that 6 families and 42 individuals are to be found on an earlier page. However, the preceding page of microfilm (296B) is the final page of Richfield township. Has anyone found the missing page or reconstructed its contents? Seeking information on Joseph and Phebe (Place) PHELPS, who were enum. 1840 in the larger Quincy township of that year. Several of their 1840 neighbors appear in the newly created Ursa township in 1850. Could Joseph and Phebe be enum. on the missing page?
