I am a HICKERSON descendant....I became involved in the CARR study, due to an Emma CARR who wrote to my g-grandmother, after my g-grandparents migrated from Adams Co, IL to TX...........I have been corresponding with Shirley Cates, a CARR descendant............. According to the IL Archives, Lewis G. CARR m Rhoda INMAN, 1847....is that what you have, also??...I will list here, a few of the CARR marriages I have on file......... LeRoy HICKERSON m Rebecca CARR, 1856. James C. Carr m Angeline HICKASON, 1856 John S.
