    1. [ILADAMS] History files for Adams County, more online

    3. I just added the last of what I have for Adams County history to my web site. The two pages added today are: Clayton and Golden Payson and Plainville. I have also started the 1837 Gazetteer of Illinois by J. M. Peck. For this I have the section of Counties online and have started putting the section for "A particular description of each Town, Settlement, Stream, Prairie, Bottom, Bluff, Ect." online. The part going on now should be much more interesting to read than the County section All the Illionis history files that I have online can be found with this link http://history.rays-place.com/il/index.htm Sorry that I can't stay on this list, but I got into a disagrement with a spammer who wanted to post to my forum. He lost the website that he had but is winning the spamming war by making sure that I get about a thousand emails a day. Just part of life on the web. Cheers Ray Brown http://www.rays-place.com
