Hi, The Family History Library has the Kirchenbuch (Church book) on microfilm for the First German Methodist Church in Quincy from 1848-1942. It contains baptisms and marriages for the timeframes that you are researching. The film # is 965271, which can be ordered from your local Family History Center. I'm not sure if that is the same as First German Methodist Episcopal. If you have questions about ordering that microfilm, I'd be happy to explain further. Good luck!
