Miller. I know that she married Abner Gage Dunsmoor (Dunsmore) 22 Dec 1842 (license date) in Quincy. She had two children, Augustus Miller Dunsmoor (b. 4 Dec 1843 in Quincy) and a daughter born about 1845. In the same year of 1845, she and her daughter died of typhoid fever. A great deal is known about the Dunsmoor Family, for example, Abner was a merchant listed as “Dunsmoor, Abner G.; res[idence] n[orth]w[est] cor[ner] Fourth and Maine [sic].” on the 1866 Quincy Directory Index Page. Also, Augustus went at age two to Morgan County, Ohio, to live with Abner’s brother, while Abner remained in Quincy where he died 21 Jan 1874 and was buried in Rockland Cemetery (Is there a list of burials in this cemetery that might include Sally Ann and daughter?). Any information on the Miller Family and/or on the ancestors of Sally Ann Miller would be greatly appreciated.
