Carolyn, I don't think so. Herman was Reinhold's son, not brother. (That is, Herman was my great-uncle, the brother of William Frederick.) Herman was born in New York, according to the 1880 census, assuming that's accurate. I know he died around 1888, at the age of around 17 or 18. Thanks, though. It was worth a try.
