His name was John F Bentrup. However, it was spelled incorrectly as John Y Bentrp. Anyhow, it lists him as an inmate. Can someone explain to me why that is? Was this facility actually a jail or a home for mentally impaired? I'm a little confused as to what exactly the case is. Thanks for your help.
