I looked in the cemetery records of Adams County (other then Quincy's cemeteries) and Brown County and found no Albert. Even in Brown County Family Relationship records, no Albert. I checked for an obituary for that date and found none. What I did find is an Albert W. Williams who died on June 17, 1921 in Peoria (Peoria County),IL in the Illinois Death Index, certificate no.0019064. You might look in the Peoria area, although there are a number of WILLIAMS families listed in the Brown County Relationship records. Happy hunting, Jerry K.
